for the sake of eating healthy, i like to only eat the egg whites. when i eat a hard boiled egg, i eat the whites and throw away the yolk. it might sound wasteful but the yolk just contains a lot of fat and cholesterol that i don't want to have exercise off. and i don't really love the taste of the yolk so it just makes sense to do with out.

Melt some coconut oil onto your pan before you cook anything. It is the healthiest oil, and makes cleaning your pans a snap!
